MEDTRON DUAL HEAD CONTRAST INJECTOR PEDISTAL SYSTEM FOR USE IN CT
Fully digital, user programmable double-head injector for contrast medium and physiological saline solution in the field of CT.
The system allows the contrast agent to reach the target organ without any venous contrast agent depot forming on the way and reducing contrast usage by up to 30%.
The operator has a choice between simultaneous and sequential injection of contrast medium and NaCl.
The program controlled injection allows up to six phases.
The injector among other qualities has a heated syringe holder with Easy Loading Syringe (ELS) 200 ml with touch screen control panel
It features tactile keys for manual piston movement, starting and stopping the injection and a graphical real-time display of the injection parameters or the pressure history
For ease of use the keypad has a LCD on top side of the appliance and a touch Screen remote control to operate from the control room
Up to 50 injection protocols can be defined and stored.
The injector offers both automatic filling via a menu with volume input or
manual filling with variable speed
